About CSS

We are a student organization at Chalmers aiming to raise awareness about sustainability. Our actions are through a variety of projects and we have over the years arranged events from food rescuing to clothes swap parties, social inclusion, recycling, waste picking, and lectures. We also helped Chalmers to divest from fossil fuels and calculated the carbon footprint for the different menus at Chalmers.

At Chalmers Students for Sustainability, we believe that student engagement can inspire to positive changes in society. We are the future, and we’re already making an impact.

The board

We are a group of people who work together to make events and projects related to sustainability. Each of us has a different background and most of us met at events from previous boards, where we saw the potential and how much this association was aligned with our values and beliefs. Here we have made a lot of friends, networked and had just so much fun.
